Thanks for the new hearing aids, the latest technology is certainly worth paying a bit extra for. The whole fitting process was so simple and the cost was a lot less than what I was expecting. Also, I was surprised to find that unlike the supermarket industry, the big players in the hearing industry are not the cheapest.

I just wanted to get in touch and say a very heartfelt thank you for the incredibly positive experience I have had in the lead up to, and throughout the whole process of, getting my hearing aids. As someone in my early 40s, I felt far too young to be needing hearing aids. My hearing aids have made an unbelievable difference to my life. I no longer struggle to hear softly spoken people, or when I’m in a large group situation where multiple conversations are taking place at the same time. My hearing aids are comfortable and incredibly discreet and in fact I’ve had to point out to people that I have now got hearing aids – people just don’t notice and once I bring them to their attention, they are amazed at how small and discreet they are.
